This role will support day-to-day manufacturing operations by coordinating production activities, maintaining accurate operational records, monitoring material and inventory readiness, and helping ensure output meets quality, delivery, safety, and efficiency standards.

What will do you:
  • Support daily production planning, scheduling, and follow-up to help achieve agreed output, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Track production progress, manpower allocation, material availability, and machine or tooling readiness; promptly escalate constraints and deviations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production, inventory, quality, and operational reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with related teams to ensure materials, information, and resources are available as required.
  • Assist in monitoring material usage, work-in-process, finished goods, and inventory movements; support reconciliation and variance investigation.
  • Support quality-control activities, including inspection documentation, non-conformance reporting, root-cause analysis, and follow-up of corrective actions.
  • Help implement and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and workplace organization in line with safety, quality, and efficiency requirements.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and support continuous-improvement initiatives to reduce waste, rework, downtime, and cost.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other external parties when assigned, including follow-up on delivery, quality, and supporting documentation.

What will you need:
  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships, organizational experience, or strong practical exposure to manufacturing operations may be considered.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, production planning/control, warehouse operations, quality assurance, or a similar operational role.
  • Class II Welder Certification would be an advantage.
  • Experience in automotive, two-wheeled vehicle, electrical vehicle, or spare-parts manufacturing is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, inventory control, and quality-control principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry, reporting, basic analysis, and tracking.
  • Able to interpret production data, identify deviations, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Familiar with 5S, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or basic problem-solving tools is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and documentation discipline.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate across functions and with external partners.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • High integrity and commitment to safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
