About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant Manager to support Electrum’s day-to-day warehouse operations. You will help ensure materials, spare parts, and finished goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and safely.

Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and teams across Supply Chain, Assembly, Logistics, and Service, you will help maintain an organized warehouse, accurate inventory records, and reliable material flow.

Warehouse and Transport Operations

• Direct daily in-house warehouse operations, ensuring high inventory accuracy and data integrity in Odoo ERP across EV bikes, BSS, batteries, and spare parts.
• Manage daily outbound dispatch of EV bikes, swap stations, batteries, and spare parts to ensure on-time, damage-free delivery to customers.
• Secure reliable truck capacity with 3PL carriers and actively resolve real-time transit bottlenecks.
• Lead and supervise warehouse operators to maintain safe working conditions and enforce standard operating procedures.

Cost and Quality Optimization

• Optimize storage and delivery costs while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Ensure truck supply availability and enforce performance metrics with 3PL partners to eliminate damage and achieve on-time delivery to customers.
• Identify continuous cost-reduction opportunities across the network without compromising quality.

Logistics Network Design

• Analyze and upgrade distribution network designs and delivery routes to support expansion.
• Lead warehouse expansion projects aligned with the future business growth trajectory.
• Continuously refine transport strategies to balance cost, service, and quality for customers.

Collaboration with External Vendors and Internal Stakeholders

• Manage 3PL logistics providers and transport vendors to secure reliable freight capacity and ensure contract compliance.
• Partner closely with internal factory, sales, and finance teams to align dispatch schedules with customer needs.
