BSS Expansion and Warehouse Sr. Associate will be responsible for ensuring smooth installation and deployment of battery swapping stations, managing expansion timelines, coordinating material replenishment, and maintaining operational readiness of BSS assets in the warehouse.

What will you do:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Battery Swapping Station (BSS) expansion projects.
  • Coordinate station installation processes from preparation to deployment.
  • Ensure expansion timelines are executed on schedule and escalate operational blockers when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, field technicians, vendors, and third parties during installation activities.
  • Monitor availability and replenishment of installation materials, tools, and operational assets.
  • Ensure installation quality and operational readiness before station go-live.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting for expansion activities.
  • Manage BSS-related assets stored in the warehouse, including machines, components, and operational equipment.
  • Ensure old or inactive BSS machines retrieved from the field are properly assessed, refreshed, repaired, and prepared for redeployment.
  • Coordinate refurbishment and refresh activities for used BSS assets.

What will you need:
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Have 5-10 years of experience in operations, warehouse management, infrastructure deployment, or field operations.
  • Experience managing installation or expansion projects is preferred.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, or operational tracking systems.
  • Willing to work both in warehouse and field operational environments.
  • Experience in EV, battery swapping, logistics, or infrastructure industries is a plus.
