Role Overview

Electrum is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Associate to support the day-to-day execution and monitoring of preventive maintenance activities for Electrum's units, ensuring vehicles are maintained on schedule, workshop capacity is utilized effectively, and maintenance quality contributes to lower cost per km. 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily preventive maintenance schedule across Electrum units and follow up overdue or missed maintenance. 
• Coordinate with workshop, pool, and field teams to ensure units are available and maintenance is executed on time. 
• Track maintenance productivity by mechanic, location, and maintenance batch; escalate bottlenecks quickly. 
• Ensure preventive maintenance checklist and standard procedure are followed consistently. 
• Update maintenance status, service records, and operational dashboard accurately and on time. 
• Identify recurring issues found during preventive maintenance and flag them for corrective action or engineering review. 
• Support analysis on maintenance cost, spare part usage, and cost/km reduction opportunities. 
• Prepare routine operations reports on PM completion, backlog, productivity, and issues requiring management attention. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Engineering, Business or related). 
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in preventive maintenance from automotive, EV, or manufacturing companies. 
• Strong understanding of routine service checks, inspection standards, maintenance scheduling, workshop flow, and basic root-cause identification. 
• Able to monitor daily execution, coordinate with mechanics and field teams, and ensure maintenance activities are completed on time. 
• Comfortable using spreadsheets or operational tools to track PM status, productivity, overdue units, and cost trends. 
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
