About the Role

Electrum is bringing the future of sustainable mobility to Indonesia. We are seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing who will lead our commercial strategy, expand market adoption, and strengthen brand presence across both online and offline channels.

This role requires a leader who excels in marketing first — particularly in social media, influencer engagement, and content-driven growth — while also being accountable for revenue delivery and commercial execution.


What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and commercial growth.

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including content strategy, social media campaigns, and influencer partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

  • Build and optimize performance marketing initiatives to generate leads and conversion.

  • Strengthen brand positioning through consistent messaging, storytelling, and community growth.

  • Oversee sales planning, channel strategy, partnerships, and customer lifecycle performance.

  • Analyze customer insights, conversion data, and competitive movements to refine growth approach.

  • Lead and coach cross-functional sales and marketing teams toward performance excellence.

  • Manage marketing budgets and report commercial results to executive leadership.

  • Act as spokesperson and ambassador for brand experience at key events and activations.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 7–10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or commercial leadership roles.

  • Strong expertise in social media strategy and online brand growth (Instagram, TikTok, digital creators, etc.).

  • Proven track record in revenue delivery, demand generation, and brand building.

  • Strong analytical approach to marketing performance and customer funnel optimization.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and influence executive stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English.


Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in mobility, automotive, electronics, or consumer-focused tech products.

  • Background in D2C and channel sales models.

  • Experience launching new products in early-stage or fast-scaling environments.

  • Strong network in creator economy, digital media, and marketing agencies.
