We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition & Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving Electrum’s growth through people. You will lead the full recruitment cycle and partner closely with business leaders to build strong teams, elevate performance, and foster a thriving culture in Indonesia’s 2W electric mobility ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Build strategic hiring pipelines for critical and future roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.

  • Strengthen employer branding through career campaigns and candidate experience excellence.

  • Track hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment performance.

Business Partnering

  • Act as trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy and talent decisions.

  • Support performance management cycles (OKR/KPI setting, mid-year & annual reviews).

  • Monitor team health, engagement trends, and retention drivers.

  • Address employee relations issues professionally and in compliance with labor regulations.

  • Facilitate onboarding and support new hires’ early success in the role.

  • Identify development needs and coordinate with L&D for capability growth.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Business Partnering — ideally in a tech, automotive, or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agility and resilience.

  • Familiarity with HR best practices including labor regulations, performance cycles, and HRIS.


Bonus Points

  • Experience scaling teams in a high-growth startup.

  • Knowledge of technical hiring (engineering, product, operations).

  • Hands-on experience with engagement, culture-building, or L&D programs.
