We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition & Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving Electrum’s growth through people. You will lead the full recruitment cycle and partner closely with business leaders to build strong teams, elevate performance, and foster a thriving culture in Indonesia’s 2W electric mobility ecosystem.

What You Will Do
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Build strategic hiring pipelines for critical and future roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
Strengthen employer branding through career campaigns and candidate experience excellence.
Track hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment performance.
Business Partnering
Act as trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy and talent decisions.
Support performance management cycles (OKR/KPI setting, mid-year & annual reviews).
Monitor team health, engagement trends, and retention drivers.
Address employee relations issues professionally and in compliance with labor regulations.
Facilitate onboarding and support new hires’ early success in the role.
Identify development needs and coordinate with L&D for capability growth.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Business Partnering — ideally in a tech, automotive, or manufacturing environment.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agility and resilience.
Familiarity with HR best practices including labor regulations, performance cycles, and HRIS.
Bonus Points
Experience scaling teams in a high-growth startup.
Knowledge of technical hiring (engineering, product, operations).
Hands-on experience with engagement, culture-building, or L&D programs.
