What will you do:
  • Monitor and track battery assets across all stations in near real-time
  • Detect anomalies such as missing, unreturned, or suspicious battery movements
  • Investigate incidents of lost or stolen batteries using system data and field validation
  • Coordinate and deploy field agents to last-known locations for recovery or verification
  • Conduct fraud analysis based on usage patterns, swap logs, and operational data
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and tech teams to improve asset security systems
  • Maintain incident reports, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking
  • Develop and refine SOPs for incident handling and escalation
  • Recommend preventive measures to reduce theft, fraud, and operational leakage
What will you need:
  • Min. Bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering, Information Systems, Criminology, or related field
  • 2–5 years experience in operations, security, fraud detection, or asset tracking
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to interpret data and identify anomalies
  • Familiarity with GPS/location tracking, IoT systems, or asset monitoring tools is a plus
  • Experience working with data tools (e.g., SQL, spreadsheets, dashboards like Metabase)
  • Ability to coordinate field operations and manage external agents/vendors
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under time pressure
  • Good communication skills for cross-team coordination and reporting
  • Strong ownership and attention to detail

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving operational environment
