About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support Electrum’s day-to-day warehouse operations. You will help ensure materials, spare parts, and finished goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and safely.

Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and teams across Supply Chain, Assembly, Logistics, and Service, you will help maintain an organized warehouse, accurate inventory records, and reliable material flow.

What You Will Do

• Support inbound receiving, checking, labeling, storage, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch activities.
• Handle materials, spare parts, and finished goods according to warehouse SOPs and safety requirements.
• Keep storage locations organized, clean, and clearly labeled.
• Record inventory movements accurately in the WMS/ERP or designated tracking tools.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliation of inventory differences.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and report damaged, missing, or incorrectly stored items promptly.
• Prepare and maintain required warehouse documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant teams on material requests and urgent spare-part needs.
• Follow safety, 5S, and material-handling standards at all times.
• Support improvement initiatives that increase warehouse accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, inventory, logistics, retail backroom, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes, stock handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Comfort using spreadsheets and, ideally, WMS/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to follow procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and handle physical warehouse activities safely.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive, EV, manufacturing, logistics, or spare-parts environments.
• Familiarity with barcode scanning, serial-number tracking, or inventory systems.
• Knowledge of 5S, FIFO/FEFO, or basic warehouse safety practices.
