The Onboarding Agent is responsible for ensuring a smooth, positive experience for new customers or partners joining Electrum’s services, as well as managing the offboarding process when needed. This role involves guiding clients through onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met, and providing training and support to set clients up for long-term success. Additionally, the Onboarding Agent will use customer retention skills to address client concerns and minimize offboarding rates, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Minimum D-III / D-IV, or
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, onboarding, or client relations, with a preference for experience in retention-focused roles in the automotive or tech industry.
- Key competencies: Customer-Centric Mindset, Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Customer Retention.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Preferred: Familiarity with the electric vehicle industry or a similar technical field is a plus.
- Willing to work on a temporary basis (2-month duration).
