What will you do:
- Leading firmware terminal testing for IoT products, including: test cases, test tools/platforms, test implementation, and standard compliance.
- Responsible for the quality of firmware delivery. This includes: acceptance criteria, testing methods, verification plans, and version release management.
- Support product O&M, including but not limited to troubleshooting and technical support. Provide specific improvement suggestions to the product team.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external stakeholders: This includes debugging, cross-validation, data statistics, and problem feedback.
- Explore new tools and methods to improve testing efficiency/coverage, and propose new testing and verification ideas/paradigms.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Information, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience working for notable companies in the IoT, smart hardware, internet, cloud, and new energy industries.
- 2+ years of experience as a testing engineer.
- Past experience in swapping networks or charging station is preferred.
- Basic understanding of embedded systems and RTOS. Familiar with IoT end-to-end architecture: Be familiar with the collaborative working principles of the device layer, connectivity layer, cloud platform, and application layer.
- Proficient in test case design, skilled in using serial port debugging tools, able to clearly define different test phases, and capable of leading version rollback mechanisms.
- Familiar with functional testing, and has understanding and practical experience in performance and reliability testing.
- Communication and Collaboration: Able to communicate effectively with multinational teams and identify reliable reproduction paths even without valid logs.
- Meticulous and patient, leaving no detail overlooked, and possesses systematic thinking.
- Language: Can basically speak and listen to English or Chinese fluently.
