About the Role
The Tax Intern will support day-to-day tax operations and administrative activities within the Tax team. This role offers hands-on exposure to practical tax processes, providing valuable learning opportunities in tax compliance and data management. The intern is expected to work accurately, meet deadlines, and continuously develop problem-solving and technical skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily tax operational and administrative activities.
- Assist in NIK validation and employee tax data verification.
- Prepare and organize tax-related documents and supporting data.
- Support tax compliance processes, including data collection and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist the Tax team in ad-hoc tasks and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Preferably pursuing or holding an educational background in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or other business-related fields.
- Open to all education levels (SMP, SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree).
- Available to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative or data entry tasks is a plus.
- Exposure to accounting, taxation, or finance-related activities is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience handling documents, records, or structured data will be beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and openness to feedback.
- Possesses a problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle simple issues independently.
- Execution-focused with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling data and documents.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
