Claim Insurance Staff (B2B Partner)
About the Role
We are looking for a Claim Insurance Staff (B2B Partner) to manage and process insurance claims submitted by our external partners. In this role, you will validate claim documentation, assess eligibility based on policy terms and PSAKBI guidelines, and ensure accurate end-to-end claim processing within defined SLA timelines.
You will work closely with our B2B fleet partners, insurance providers, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth claim resolution and high service reliability.
What You Will Do
Receive, review, and verify claim documentation submitted by B2B partners.
Conduct initial eligibility assessments based on insurance policy terms and PSAKBI (Pedoman Standar Asosiasi Klaim Bidang Industri) guidelines.
Process Motor Vehicle (MV) insurance claims end to end, including registration, document preparation, validation, and claim submission to the insurer.
Maintain accurate and structured claim records using Google Sheets or internal databases.
Monitor claim progress and follow up with insurers to ensure all cases are handled within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Provide clear updates to B2B partners regarding claim status, requirements, or missing documentation.
Prepare reports and submit documentation to local authorities if required.
Coordinate internally with operational and service teams to gather supporting evidence when needed.
What You Bring
Education
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Automotive, Insurance, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Motor Vehicle Claim Officer, Claims Coordinator, or in a similar insurance-related role.
Knowledge & Skills
Understanding of PSAKBI standards and insurance eligibility parameters.
Knowledge of end-to-end Motor Vehicle claim processes, from registration to settlement.
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive).
Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and administrative discipline.
Ability to handle multiple cases at once, prioritize tasks, and work under SLA pressure.
Clear communication skills, especially in managing B2B partners.
