The Pool Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of an EV two-wheeler pool location, ensuring fleet stock accuracy, unit readiness, and smooth coordination of vehicle movement, delivery, and administrative compliance to support unit availability for rental operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pool operations, including unit check-in/check-out, stock opname, and fleet movement recording in ELSA.
- Ensure fleet stock accuracy between physical inventory and system records through regular reconciliation.
- Coordinate trucking schedules for unit distribution and pick-up between the pool and pop-up/partner locations.
- Supervise pool staff and mechanics on unit readiness, cleanliness, and basic maintenance handover.
- Ensure End-of-Day (EOD) unit movement is checked, recorded, and reported accurately.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, HSE, HR/GA) on pool operational needs.
- Report pool KPIs (stock accuracy, asset integrity, STO execution) to the Pool & Supply Availability Manager.
- Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, including unloading procedures, safety, and pool visual management standards.
- Handle first-level escalation for operational issues at the pool, such as unit shortage, damage, or discrepancy.
- Ensure timely handling and repair of broken unit ratio within target threshold, escalating recurring or high-impact damage cases to the Repair Maintenance Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in any relevant field (Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet, logistics, or warehouse operations, preferably in the automotive/EV industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage on-ground staff and daily operations.
- Willing to be placed at the Bekasi pool and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
