We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own our organic social media presence end-to-end. You be the person who understands how to speak to Indonesia's online drivers and future EV riders — crafting content that resonates, building a community that sticks, and shaping how the brand shows up across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

This is an organic-first role. You'll lead content strategy, production, and community, while also partnering with the performance team to produce creative assets for paid campaigns when needed.

This role is ideal for someone with 4+ years of experience managing social media for consumer, lifestyle, or automotive brands, with a strong portfolio of organic work and a sharp instinct for what makes content stop the scroll.

What will you do:
  • Own the organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms — including monthly content calendars, KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, watch time), and trend-spotting that's relevant to the ojol audience.
  • Lead content ideation and production — brief and direct content creators, videographers, and designers; develop scalable formats (series, persona-driven content, UGC, driver stories); and hold the quality bar on every post that goes live.
  • Protect brand voice and consistency — review all copy and creative before publish, keeping Electrum authentic, human-first, and close to the audience across every touchpoint.
  • Support paid campaigns with creative assets — partner with the performance team to produce ad variants, hooks, and UGC-style content, translating organic insights into paid creative direction (campaign setup stays with performance).
  • Build community and manage the team — oversee social media CS handling per SOP, nurture driver community and brand advocates, explore KOL/partnership collaborations, and lead junior team members, designers, and freelancers.
What will you need:
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in organic social media management, ideally for consumer, automotive, mobility, or lifestyle brands or creative agency
  • Strong portfolio of organic content with proven performance (not just a pretty feed — we want to see what drove reach, engagement, and community growth)
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok as platforms — content formats, trends, algorithm behavior, creator culture
  • Strong copywriting skills in casual Bahasa Indonesia that connect with ojol and mass audiences
  • Experience directing creative production: briefing creators, reviewing edits, giving feedback that improves the work
  • Familiarity with analytics tools: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics
  • Experience managing junior team members or agencies/freelancers
  • Creative taste balanced with a data-informed mindset.​
